We upgraded from the original water release decal to an original porcelain sign from another Dr. Pepper VMC 81

New insulation throughout

Original cooling system restored with new wiring harness, fan motors, fan shroud, and thermostat

All rust was completely removed and replaced with new sheet metal

The floor of the cooler box was replaced with a new stainless steel floor. Cooler box and bottle shelves were professionally powder coated silver

The bottle stack was by far the most complicated part of the restoration. There are more moving parts inside that thing than a Boeing 757.

All body work and a fresh paint job was applied at Coury's Body Shop inside a downdraft booth by Dennis Varga
